These terms govern your use of the hansups.com website and the free practice test (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. About & independence
HanSups is an independent study aid for the KIIP 사전평가 (pre-evaluation exam). It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the Republic of Korea government, the Ministry of Justice, or the Korea Immigration & Integration Program. "KIIP", "사전평가", and related names belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.
2. No guarantee of outcomes
The Service is preparation support only. We do not guarantee any exam result, score, level placement, visa, residency, or naturalization outcome. Official exam rules, content, schedules and eligibility are set solely by the relevant Korean authorities. Always verify them with official sources.
3. Practice materials & intellectual property
The HanSups name, logo, site design, and our own study guides and mock exams are our property, created by us and aligned to the official KIIP Level 0–5 (단계 0–5) curriculum. Where the practice test includes official 사전평가 sample papers, those remain the property of their owners (the Republic of Korea and the Korea Immigration Foundation) and are provided for personal study only. You may use the Service for your own preparation. You may not copy, scrape, resell, or redistribute its content or bulk-export the question bank.
4. Email list
Joining the waitlist subscribes you to launch and update emails only (see the Privacy Policy). It creates no purchase, fee, or obligation. Any prices shown are only a guide and are subject to change before launch.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Service: no scraping or automated harvesting, no attempts to breach security or access data you are not entitled to, no disruption of the Service, and no unlawful use. We may suspend access for misuse.
6. Availability & disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" while it is still in active development. Features may change or be unavailable. To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Service.
7. Changes & governing law
We may update these terms. The "last updated" date will change, and continued use means acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, with disputes subject to the competent Korean courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
8. Contact
Provided in good faith for an early-stage service. This is not legal advice. A lawyer will review it and expand it to cover payments, subscriptions and refunds before paid launch.
